As we checked the missionary flat in Seaqaqa, they said they had a rat in their ceiling. Rex said, “There is never just one rat. I have never heard of a bachelor rat. He might just be pretending.”
“No,” they said, “There is just one rat.”
Of course, then they told that they had found a nest of babies in one of their dresser drawers.

We got them some rat glue to make a rat trap in the attic, and also some poison. In the first two days, they caught two rats, and they still hear the bachelor rat running across the ceiling in the attic at night. Still just one.
